In this discovery session, Cassandra focuses on your goals, aspirations and ambitions. Not only in the context of the programme, but longer term, so you have absolute clarity as to where you want your new skills to take you into the future. Enlightening and motivating, straight from the off.

The Clubhouse is at the heart of the Academy. It's a social hang out. A learning zone. A hub for all the resources you need. Dive in, take a look and say hello to the community. You're bound to get a warm response.

Training
We understand you still have a business to run, so each day lasts no longer than four hours.
Day 1: What is motivation?
We start the training considering what motivation is and why it’s never been more important in the workplace. We dive into the links between motivation and high performance and look at the three primary sources or 'roots' of motivation so you get real clarity on the theory behind the Motivational Map.
Day 2 : Understanding the nine motivators
It's where we start to unpack the Map. We introduce you to the motivational clusters and explore the motivators in more detail with the support of the exclusive Cassandra Andrews 'Playbook’ - your go-to guide for each of the nine motivators – this will become your bible! We’ll also explore the compatibility between motivators and get you practising in a safe and fun environment.
Day 3 - Designing high performance teams
You’ll learn how to map a team. You’ll consider the possibility for tension between team members based on their individual motivators. You'll get lots of practice, understanding and interpreting the Team Map by working with real life case-studies. We’ll make sure that you deeply understand the Map and have a toolbox full of strategies to drive team motivation.
Day 4 : Finding clients, marketing, pricing.
You’re a Map genius now, so let’s make sure you leave the week feeling excited and confident to send out your complimentary Maps. Kickstarter day is all about business. We want you to take immediate, imperfect, massive action to find your ideal client and price for value, so we show you how.
Embedding
The programme doesn't end with the training. We want to ensure you have embedded the knowledge and are ready and raring to go to make a difference.
3 x group coaching calls
We capture that immediate post training ‘high’ with regular group coaching to build on your momentum. These interactive, group sessions hosted by Cassandra will answer all your questions, give you feedback on your Map analysis and give you time to keep practising.
Goal setting
This is not your normal SMART goal! If you’re going to create the business you want you must have a vision for what it looks, sounds and feels like. Cassandra will guide you in creating a vision that’s congruent with both your Motivational Map and your desires for the future.

These individual coaching sessions are your opportunity for deeper learning and to work on your own transformation, to make sure nothing stands in the way of your success.
